How our system works

Our three core values are honesty, respect and communication. 

We use Adobe Premiere PRO for all projects.

We use Google Drive. Please note that when you upload a video on your drive your space is taken, if you need more space you can buy more or let us know so we can download the file and then you can erase it to have space again.

We preferred to upload the final project directly to YouTube (unless it is a short video) to save up upload time. To make this happened you would need to give us access to your account. 

The expected turnaround is from 3-7 days. You will get a message when we start working on your video and when you can expect it.

Usually  short form videos (1-3 minutes) would go from 1-3 hours while long form videos (more than 5 minutes) from 2-12 hours. Ultimately, the time it takes per video is heavily dependent on how intense the editing requirements are.

Our Refund Policy - If you cancel your project before we have started working on it, you will be entitled to a full refund. If we have already started working on your project, you will be charged for the hours we have spent working on it. In the event that the project is completed, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to determine the amount of work completed and charge accordingly. By agreeing to our services, you accept these terms. 

What are the difference between packages - Simple means you would only get your video cut to the action. Medium Paced - Slightly Edited means you would get your video cut to the action but with some transitions, images, zooms and lightly sound design to enhance what is happening. Highly Edited means you get everything Images, Clips Overlays, Effects, Green Screens, Music, Sound Design, etc.

For urgent matters (1-2 days) we charge and expedited fee non-refundable.

You get 3 free revisions to your video. To ensure efficiency and accuracy, please send all changes in one consolidated email or message, rather than sending them one by one.

Due to DMCA, all music or sound effects used require clients to have an Epidemic Sound Subscription or full rights to the audio used in clips/videos. We are not responsible for takedown notices for audio used.  

If you do not have an Epidemic Sound Subscription we can take care of setting it up and managing it for you at an additional cost.

If we cancel your project for any reason you get a 100% refund.
