Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our video editing services. By subscribing to our month-to-month video editing plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Plans

   Our subscription plans are designed to assist content creators who are not yet monetizing their content. We offer two categories of plans based on the level of editing required: "Simple and Mildly Edited" for creators that want to increase their output and "Mildly and Highly Edited." for creators that want to increase their quality.

2. Eligibility

   These subscription plans are exclusively available to content creators who are not currently monetizing their content. Once a content creator starts monetizing, a custom package will be offered to suit their specific needs.

3. Video Length and Complexity

   The subscription plans apply only to short-form videos with a maximum duration of 1 minute. The level of editing required will determine the appropriate plan for your content.

4. Footage and Gameplay

   As a content creator, you are responsible for providing us with sufficient footage and gameplay materials to create the agreed-upon number of videos each month. Failure to provide the required content does not make us liable for non-delivery of services.

5. No Rollover of Videos

   Unused video allocations for any given month will not carry over to the following month. It is your responsibility to make use of the allocated videos within the current subscription period.

6. Video Delivery Schedule

   We will strive to deliver the edited videos promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of editing required and the volume of work. We will communicate the expected delivery schedule upon receipt of your footage.

7. Edits and Revisions

   Each video will be subject to one round of revisions after the initial editing process. Any additional revisions beyond the first round may incur an extra cost.

8. Payment and Cancellation

   Payment for the subscription plan is due at the beginning of each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that no refunds will be provided for partial months. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Content Usage and Rights

   You retain all rights and ownership of the original footage and content you provide to us for editing. However, we reserve the right to showcase the edited videos in our portfolio or promotional materials.

10. Content Guidelines

   We adhere to strict guidelines regarding the types of content we will edit. Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or violates copyright laws will not be accepted.

11. Limitation of Liability

   We will do our best to provide high-quality video editing services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

   We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
